A damage deposit is required to cover incidentals, including, but not limited to: breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs, breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other resident’s enjoyment of the property and in the event of unauthorized extra guests using the apartments.The damage deposit is released upon inspection after guest’s check-out.
