Advanced Purchase: The full amount is charged at time of booking. In case of cancellation or no-show there will be no refund.
A damage deposit is required to cover incidentals, including, but not limited to: breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs, breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other resident’s enjoyment of the property and in the event of unauthorized extra guests using the apartments. The damage deposit is released upon inspection after guest’s check-out. Management reserve the right to refuse guests and evict any guests not adhering to House Rules without refund.
Terms and Conditions
Please note it is compulsory to arrange a time to collect the keys to your apartment. We kindly ask you to contact us at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
The apartment is available no earlier than 15:00 and once your arrival time is confirmed we will schedule for a member of staff to personally meet you at the location to check you in.
Check-in time is from 15:00 - 21:00, late check-ins are not accommodated.
The keys will only be given to the booker following verification of photo identification and after full payment for the accommodation and damage deposit has been received.
