The Maltings B&B is a wonderful, character-filled “home from home” situated in the designated Irish Heritage Town of Birr, County Offaly.

The accommodation itself consists of 6 double/twin en-suite bedrooms (each bedroom contains a double and single bed) decorated to a high standard.

A delicious breakfast, served in the river-side dining room, is also guaranteed to set you up for the day, whether it consists of exploring the numerous attractions locally, relaxing or onward travel. The management prides themselves on providing a wide selection of breakfast options. With the traditional cooked “full Irish” breakfast, homemade omelettes, continental breakfast (cereals, nuts, hams, cheeses, fruits) and homemade breads, scones and pastries all on the menu, all your wishes are catered for!
